How we work
Brecht, and the Car-Pass is not optional
PO Consulting is a company incorporated under Belgian law, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under enterprise number 1006.222.273, at 66 Heiken in 2960 Brecht. Our registered activities cover the retail sale of motor vehicles, parts and fuel, and printing, pre-press and publishing.
On vehicles, three things are not negotiable. Every second-hand vehicle sold to a consumer is handed over with its Car-Pass — the mileage certificate Belgian law requires, and the document that makes clocking visible. The legal guarantee is stated in writing before purchase: two years for a consumer sale, reducible to no less than one year for a used vehicle only by written agreement. And known faults and any accident history we are aware of are disclosed in writing rather than left for you to find.

What is a Car-Pass and why does it matter?
It is the official mileage history of a Belgian vehicle, and a professional seller must give you one. It makes a clocked odometer visible on paper — so a used car offered without one should not be bought, from us or anyone.
How long is the guarantee on a used car?
Two years is the legal position for a consumer sale. For a second-hand vehicle it can be reduced to no less than one year, but only by written agreement — and we state which applies before you buy, not after.
Will you tell me if it has been in an accident?
We disclose what we know in writing. We cannot know a history that was never recorded anywhere, which is another reason to read the Car-Pass and have a vehicle inspected if you want certainty.
Why do you want my VIN for a part?
Because manufacturers change parts mid-production and model years overlap. Ordering by model alone is how people end up returning parts that nearly fit.
Can you print this logo I found?
Only if you own it or hold written permission. We decline orders reproducing someone else's protected material, because the claim lands on whoever ordered the print run.
I approved the proof and there is a typo.
Then it prints as approved, which is why we ask you to read every name and number. We flag anything that looks wrong, but the approved proof governs.
